Pantaenius Data Protection

Pantaenius AB personal data of the insured to the extent such processing is necessary for the administration of the insurance agreement, claims settlement, fulfil its contractual obligations, fulfil obligations under law, product development, statistics and risk management and for marketing purposes. The personal data is normally submitted by the insured, other company that Pantaenius AB co-operates with or from public registers. All personal data is treated as confidential information. The personal data may, for the purposes stated above, be transferred to companies that Pantaenius AB cooperates with or to authorities that requests information. Personal data may be transferred to within or outside of the EEC. Each such transfer will be in accordance with an agreement containing an undertaking of secrecy. Personal data will be deleted when there is no longer any need for further processing.

According to the Data Protection Act the insured has the right to, upon written request; receive information on the personal data processed by Pantaenius AB. Such request shall be directed to Pantaenius AB, Föreningsgatan 26, 211 52 Malmö. The request shall contain information on personal identification number as well as insurance number and be signed by the insured party. Request for correction of personal data shall be sent to the same address.
